What happens after I submit?

We save your application to our customer system. If you meet any one entry threshold, you can book a free suitability call or enrol directly online at the £10,800 upfront price. If none applies today, we will show you Starter Club as an alternative. All financial figures must be accurate. Results are not guaranteed.

Will I be added to a marketing list?

Only if you choose the optional email checkbox. We can still respond to your request if you do not opt in.

Is this personal financial or mortgage advice?

No. The service provides property education, modelling and strategic discussion. Investment values and property income can fall, and projections are not guarantees. Use appropriately qualified advisers for regulated financial, mortgage, tax and legal advice.

What do I agree to today?

Submitting an application is not a purchase. If you qualify, the direct-start option costs £10,800 in a single payment for 12 months, with no automatic renewal. The standard call-first price is £12,000. Review the service description and terms before paying. We will contact you to arrange onboarding and agree the start date. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unchanged.
