Will you actually source the property for me?

Yes. Property sourcing is the core of Done For You. We agree a brief with you, search for opportunities against it and help you assess the proposed deal before you decide whether to proceed.

What goes into my sourcing brief?

Your objectives, budget, available funds, preferred areas, property type, condition, appetite for refurbishment and timing. We discuss what is realistic and agree the criteria and scope in writing before starting the search.

How much does the sourcing service cost?

We discuss the brief first, then set out the service, fees, payment stages and cancellation terms in writing before you commit. Purchase costs and any separately appointed professional services also need to be included in your budget.

Does Done For You include everything through to letting?

The core service is property sourcing. Any support beyond sourcing and deal assessment must be included in your agreed scope. Legal work, surveys, finance, refurbishment and letting are not automatically included. You remain in control of the purchase decision.

How quickly can you find a property?

That depends on your brief and available opportunities. We discuss timing at the start. We do not guarantee a purchase deadline, rental income or investment return, and any projections are estimates that need checking.
